LeBoeuf Real Estate - Open House Format

FINDING A BUYER!


The purpose of the Open House is to find a Buyer. 


LeBoeuf Real Estate (LRE) agents and staff will assist the Seller to insure each Open House is successful. Open Houses are held on Saturday and/or Sunday afternoon from 2 to 4 PM. At every Open House we adhere to the Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

LRE believes that Open Houses are a proven way to sell your home. We ask that all Sellers hold at least one Open House per month. We know from experience that two or more Open Houses in a month can be more successful. We recognize that this may be more than you want to do on your own. LRE will sit an Open House for you at a $250 fee. All LRE Open House sitters are either real estate agents or LRE staff trained and background checked.

Buyers look forward to visiting LRE Open Houses because they are treated well, provided accurate information on each home and neighborhood and and in many cases love the scrumptious treats. The more Open Houses we have the more potential Buyers will make it a major part of their home search routine.  If the home is vacant LRE will hold an Open House as often as you wish for the fee listed above.

From time to time LRE will have staff, agents or associates (settlement companies and mortgage providers) help at your Open House.
